Claes Ovation Proudly Displays John Barber
As a pioneer of the Renaissance New Glass Movement,John Barber studied the techniques of the European Masters at the State School for Glass Design and Engineering in Zweizel, Germany.
As a Master Glass Blower, Mr. Barbar’s one-of-a-kind works are created from the furnaces of his Laguna Beach studio. Each piece displayed on the tables of Hotel Laguna’s Claes Ovation restaurant is conceived and executed by the artist himself. Each piece made by Mr. Barber is created on a limited-edition basis, each signed and dated with the year as testimony of their heirloom quality.
